Account: When you create an account we store your email address, your name (if you provide one) and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your basic Google profile (name and email) to authenticate you.
Business information:The details you enter into the generator (business name, description, industry, country and the rest of the form) are stored in our database against your account, and are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your plan.
Generated content: The plans, outputs, live-research results, milestones and version snapshots we create are stored in our database so you can access, edit, export and revisit them from your dashboard. They remain until you delete them.
Payments: Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — only your subscription tier and credit balance.
Cookies: We set one essential cookie to keep you signed in, and store a small flag in your browser to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. We do not run analytics, advertising or third-party tracking.
We use your information solely to provide the service: to authenticate you, generate and store your business plans, process payments and provide support. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train AI models.
We rely on performance of a contract (providing the service you signed up for) and our legitimate interests (keeping the service secure, including the essential session cookie). Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Access · Correction · Deletion · Restriction · Portability · Objection. You can delete any individual plan from your dashboard at any time, and delete your entire account from Account settings. For any other request, contact privacy@planforge.ai. You may also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Know · Delete · Opt out of sale (we do not sell data) · Non-discrimination. Submit requests to privacy@planforge.ai. We respond within 45 days.

Your account, plans and generated content are kept until you delete them — per plan from your dashboard, or your whole account from settings — after which they are removed from our active database. Payment records are retained by Stripe as required by financial regulations.
