1. Acceptance

By using PlanForge AI you agree to these Terms. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and PlanForge AI.

2. The service

PlanForge AI is an AI-powered business plan generation platform producing investor-ready documents using live market research and Anthropic's Claude AI.

3. Our intellectual property

All software, code, AI prompts, output architecture, UI design, and brand assets are the exclusive property of PlanForge AI, protected by UK and international copyright and trademark law.

Strictly prohibited:

• Copying or reproducing platform code in whole or in part
• Using platform code or architecture as the basis for a competing product
• Reverse-engineering or extracting AI prompts
• Scraping outputs to train competing AI models
• Reselling or sublicensing access without written consent
• Removing watermarks or attribution from generated outputs

Violations constitute wilful copyright infringement subject to civil and criminal penalties. We actively monitor and will pursue legal remedies.

4. Your rights to outputs

You retain ownership of your business information. Generated outputs are licensed to you for personal and commercial use — presenting to investors, banks, and advisors. You must adapt outputs before use; they are frameworks, not final documents.

5. No financial or legal advice

Generated content is for informational and planning purposes only. Nothing constitutes financial, legal, investment, or accounting advice. Financial projections are AI estimates — validate all figures with qualified professionals before presenting to investors or lenders. PlanForge AI accepts no liability for decisions based on generated content.

6. Accuracy

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or outdated information. Live market data is sourced from public web search at the time of generation and should be independently verified. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose.

7. Payments and refunds

Single Plan purchases are non-refundable once a plan has been generated. Subscriptions may be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. No partial refunds for unused time. Technical failures preventing generation: contact hello@planforge.ai within 48 hours.

8. Limitation of liability

PlanForge AI's total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading content, for unlawful purposes, or to circumvent payment or access controls.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
